Transfers outside the EU

The website server and the email service run in the EU. Some of our providers, including Meta, are US companies or belong to US groups, so some data may reach the United States.

Each of these providers is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission recognised in July 2023 as giving adequate protection. Where that is not enough, they use the Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

  • give you a copy of the data we hold about you;
  • correct data that is wrong;
  • delete your data, unless the law requires us to keep it (for example, tax records);
  • limit how we use it while a question about it is being settled;
  • stop using it where we rely on legitimate interests;
  • send it to you, or to someone else, in a common digital format;
  • withdraw your consent (cookies, portfolio photos). This does not affect what was done before.
